The Tesla Robotaxi Fleet will be populated from our stock of 2nd hand Tesla Cars held in our R3 Business of trading in all qualifying Tesla Cars. With up to 80 vehicles for Resale or Rental available at any one-time, demand for Robotaxi Rides will dictate our participation levels. Given that some consumer sales of Tesla Cars will not Immediately require Robotaxi competence we will defer on the cost of Hardware and Software upgrades until such time that it is required, either as a sale to Incumbent Taxi/Uber Drivers, a consumer who plans  to earn money from his Tesla by employing our Shepherd services or for the purpose of sending it ‘Out to Work’  for MYRobotaxi Ltd in the Tesla Robotaxi Fleet. R3 stock will be made up from every different Tesla Model Version since 2020. All R3 stock will be available for Short, Medium or Long Term Rental providing for Extended Test Drives or Fleet deployment.
