Multiple Revenue Streams Surrounding the Core Business of MYRobotaxi Ltd
Trading in all Tesla vehicles that can be upgraded to Robotaxis through hardware and/or software. Our focused audience of incumbent Uber & Taxi drivers will grow substantially as we approach Impact Day and beyond. Our flexible rental plan will deploy capital in return for high quality downstream recurring revenues. Stock levels will provide for every model in all colours providing a level of choice unseen at any physical Tesla location in the UK. General Tesla unit sales will also feed our Shepherd Services revenue line enabling owners to generate Income & Profit from their cars.
Shepherd Services
Independent Tesla owners will have the ability to submit their car to the Tesla Fleet. We will audit the vehicle, clean it, charge it, and service it as required. We will store personal belongings before and after each Robotaxi shift that the owner elects. Early Market Research of existing UK Tesla owners suggested that only 14% were considering submitting their cars to the fleet. Personal belongings and car cleanliness were the primary objections. Shepherd services seek to resolve that concern in return for a % of the Ride income.
Tesla Robotaxi Fleet
Any amount of our entire R3 stock can be deployed into the Tesla Robotaxi Fleet, at any time. Rides are booked via the Tesla App at Tesla prices. As per Uber, Rides will be chosen or allocated, based on proximity or wait time to specific Rider demand from the Tesla App.. Participation in the fleet is therefore a passive income opportunity, although we will seek quality differentiation to accumulate “local regulars”, who may choose to subscribe to our VIP Services.
MYRobotaxi.vip
MyRobotaxi.vip will provide local premium quality rides in our Brand-new personalised Tesla Model Y, 5 seat SUVs for advanced Reserved Rides booking at known times in the future. VIP membership will provide priority services and loyalty benefits across all family members including free accompanied Trial Rides in return for an economical regular monthly membership fee. The Tesla Cybercab will join our VIP fleet as soon as it becomes available in the UK, expected late 2026.

Miles:
It is all about Miles. How many Miles at what Price Per Mile (PPM) and what Cost Per Mile (CPM). How many Cars per Branch & how many Branches.

Market:
It is much more than competing with or replacing existing Taxi & Uber Rides. Ultimately the market will become Total Vehicle Miles Travelled (VMT). At the right price and the right density and wait times, Driverless Robotaxis provide the opportunity to replace Car Ownership and almost all alternative forms of Public Transport.

CPM:
The All IN CPM is a function of the vehicle efficiency combined with Total Cost of Ownership and Operation. Our CPM, calculated across all selected vehicle models in our fleet considers all Capital and Operating costs & Depreciation – (see left column).

PPM:
What Price Per Mile will we be able to charge? The Average PPM for a London Black Cab is more than £4.00 and for Uber it is ~ £3.00. This business will have 2 price levels depending upon deployment and both are likely to change over time. See Below.

Tesla Robotaxi fleet PPM:
This will be set by Tesla. Their settled pricing will reflect their own Margin requirements but also crucially, the Margin Requirements of independent Fleet Operators that form the foundation of their own asset light business strategy. Tesla are currently charging the equivalent of £1.50 PPM in their American Roll Out of Robotaxi, although this appears to be far from settled.

MyRobotaxi.vip PPM:
This Reserved Ride premium service will demand a higher PPM but one that is still much cheaper than current Incumbent pricing. Our VIP Program will charge a Monthly Membership Fee on top of the Price Per Mile travelled.

Competitive price pressure:
Yes, it will exist, and it may even, be a rapid “Race to the Bottom”... We don’t think so, regardless we have forecast a substantial decline in PPM over time. Imagine a Ride that might cost you £100 today... will cost less than £10 in the future. Over time MYRobotaxi Ltd expects to address the total market of Vehicle Miles Travelled (VMT) not just that of existing Uber and Taxi rides.

How Many Miles?... Existing Taxi & Uber Drivers execute around 70,000 miles per annum, but they must also sleep.

Volume - How Many Miles
Existing human drivers:
Average Annual Mileage for an Uber driver is ~ 70,000 Miles via flexible ‘Gigs’ of time and duration to suit the Drivers' lifestyle preferences. There is no such Human constraint for MYRobotaxi which theoretically could ‘work’ virtually 24 hours 7 days a week. Downtime is required for Charging, Cleaning & Maintenance only. The Ride Demand pattern does fluctuate with overnight troughs when we expect to execute the required overhead of essential services. To accommodate and provide for the unknown our conservative Financial Planning has applied only 6 days of contribution for each car in every week.

Demand growth:
We assert that demand is at least equal to existing services and that the enhanced quality experience of NO DRIVER with much improved pricing will favor MYRobotaxi over all other current options. We do however respect the inherent distrust of a Driverless car. Evidence from adoption curves elsewhere in the US & China has confirmed that once it is experienced – it is preferred and becomes First Choice every time. New Paradigms take time to become prevalent and our forecasts are suitably conservative to reflect this initial reluctance.

Net revenue per car:
Whilst adoption will grow, the PPM is likely to decline, modelled here over the first 5 years. Even if the “Race to the Bottom turns out to be a Sprint.​, our pricing elasticity retains profitability.

Tesla fleet margin:
Whilst not yet contractually committed, Tesla have declared an intended ‘Take Rate’ for Tesla vehicles participating in the Tesla Robotaxi Fleet that are not owned and operated directly by Tesla. We have assumed the higher end of a likely range.
How Many Cars? Per Branch? How Many Branches?

The pilot:
Our business plan is totally scaleable based on the number of branches that the UK can sustain. We estimate ~200. It may be more. By modeling the Pilot as a template, the scale of the business becomes a function of Maths, execution and logistics. The existence of R3 enables high flexibility in terms of number of Tesla vehicles we commit to the Tesla Robotaxi fleet at any one time, from each branch.

Conservative:
We don’t exactly know what we don't know but we do believe that our modelling is appropriately conservative. Our exhaustive research of the existing incumbent ride industry completed over the past 2 years stands up to scrutiny. Our Template Pilot Branch is adequately profitable and scalable. By allocating the investment in just 12x Tesla Model Y on Impact Day and a further 12 CyberCabs in H2 2026: The Pilot Works.

Demand growth backfill:
It is probable that demand will exceed our allocated vehicle count but, for planning purposes we have resisted an increased allocation of vehicles from R3 to the Pilot Robotaxi business.
