Investors will determine current Value differently .We have not modelled "Up & To The Right" .Our Model seeks minimum viability through the determination and execution of a Pilot. Future Value is a function of Funding Scale on the back of a proven Pilot. Our Pilot, operating only 12 cars, produces > £500,000 Gross Profit based on Net Revenue per mile of under £1.00. Current Market Price is around £3.00 per mile. . The UK will support well in excess of 100 Branches.

The existing RIDE Market is already very competitive with thousands of Taxi and Uber Drivers.The maturity of this competition within the Market has established the current pricing levels. Participants make a living. This New, much lower cost & much higher quality Driverless Market is a Winner Takes Most opportunity.

The Incumbent Drivers will become our prospects, they will become customers of our Shepherd Services and our R3 Robotaxi Resale & Rental business.

Whilst Competition for this 'New World' Business Model of autonomous Rides is not clearly visible right now - It is inevitable.
